Gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA) implementation. Translate the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. Serve as a key player in Agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT. Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams. Create user stories and groom the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get group consensus. Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement. Serve as the liaison between the business and the development teams in order to supply technical solutions to meet business needs. Ensure the solutions implemented meet the business requirements and the business can report on the effectiveness of each campaign. What we’re looking for... Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a PEGA Decision Architect, PEGA Business Analyst, Pega Developer, Pega System Architect, Systems Engineer, Systems Analysis, Software Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 4 years of experience working with Pega software including Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA), working on inbound and outbound Marketing campaigns, and performing business analysis. Experience therein to include 2 years of experience performing data analysis and using SQL. Hybrid role, ability to work from home. Must Reference: CBSINT -W Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
