The pay range is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The role of a Fulfillment Executive Team Leader can provide you with the skills and experience of: • Guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest-first culture on your team • Retail business fundamentals, including fulfillment sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies • Setting and planning department(s) daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and managing a team to deliver on sales goals • Managing a team of hourly team members and leaders; creating business specific strategies and goals • Recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly team members and leaders As a Fulfillment Executive Team Leader, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: • Consistently delivers guest experience commitments • Holds TLs accountable to deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistent accountability, team development, training and recognition. • Celebrates outstanding guest experiences across teams and ensures recognition is consistent and meaningful. • Reviews area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and understand team behaviors. • Celebrates wins, sets clear priorities, and leads actions that drive results and enhance the guest experience. • Partners across teams to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience. • Create, lead, and model a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding, learning, and required training; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions. • Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience; model, train, and coach Team Leaders on expectations to deliver the service standard. • Drive fulfillment store sales and demonstrate understanding of how fulfillment impacts total store profitability. • Manage a team that works on fulfillment (drive up, order pickup and ship to home). Build and manage a team of experts in fulfillment operations, delivering quality, accuracy and efficiency. • Lead a team that balances both the in-store and digital guest to deliver on store sales goals and execute to meet daily timelines. • Analyze workload and create intra-day optimization plans for your team. © Target Brands, Inc. Rev.3/11/2026 • Conduct consistent daily check ins with your team throughout their shifts to guide appropriate completion of tasks and workload given resources and priorities. • Manage all fulfillment spaces and partner with other leaders to determine ongoing fulfillment hold space and backroom needs. Ensure items are located in the backroom to support findability. • Oversee fulfillment team leaders workload planning, including intraday workload planning, supply replenishment, backroom hold/work spaces and equipment maintenance. • Partner with peers/leaders across the store to assess team and operational performance. • Plan, manage and follow up on organizational and operational change. • Partner with vendors when needed. • Develop and coach your team leaders to elevate the skills and expertise of the team, including onboarding and continuous training. • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management. • Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both short term and long term. • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences. • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment. • Develop and lead the safety culture and performance of the department through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors, identifying and correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations, assisting with incident response, and reporting/investigating injuries timely and accurately. • Lead an instore security culture by focusing on deterrence, response and resolution in order to improve physical security processes. • Lead merchandise protection strategies across the total store, including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices. • As a key carrier, implement all safe and secure training and processes. • Address all store emergency and compliance needs. • Regularly assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts • All other duties based on business needs.
