Job Category Program & Project Management Job Details About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. Position Overview We're looking for a Project Manager to lead day-to-day planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects — turning program-level strategy into scoped plans, milestones, and delivered outcomes, in close partnership with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity projects across business and technical teams. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of assigned Recruiting Transformation projects: define scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria; own the project plan, schedule, issues, and risks — managing multiple concurrent projects of moderate-to-high complexity across business areas and owners. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs; proactively identify and mitigate risks, and manage project intake, prioritization, and change control, ensuring scope changes are documented, assessed for impact, and approved. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (SMEs, Optimization, Compliance, Enablement) and manage dependencies with other teams and business functions to keep deliverables on time, in scope, and on budget. Interact daily with development, support, and cross-functional business teams and global process owners to shape program plans and schedules and ensure smooth delivery of solutions and deliverables. Track and report project status, metrics, and health (RAG status) to stakeholders and leadership on a regular cadence. Own project documentation: charters, status reports, meeting notes, decision logs, and process/change-management artifacts. Drive clear, consistent communication across teams and stakeholders — status updates, escalations, and readouts — and support change management and enablement planning for project rollouts, including stakeholder socialization. Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and reviews; drive decisions and follow-through on action items, and provide leadership to local and virtual project teams, building a collaborative, productive environment. Conduct post-project reviews/retrospectives to capture lessons learned, and assist in developing/delivering presentations and status readouts for leaders and senior executives. Required Skills/Experience Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out, including scope, schedule, risk, and quality management. Expert project management skills across planning, capacity planning, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools. Familiarity with recruiting/talent acquisition processes and systems (e.g., ATS platforms, sourcing, interview lifecycle) strongly preferred; prior experience supporting or working within a Recruiting or Talent function is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and sound judgment for different audiences; comfortable presenting to senior-level stakeholders and sponsors. Strong critical-thinking skills — able to break down ambiguous, cross-functional problems into structured plans; comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex, fast-moving problems. Ability to quickly build close working relationships and work effectively with virtual and global cross-functional teams of varying backgrounds and seniority. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated leadership experience on large, complex projects. Experience with data gathering, tracking metrics, and translating data into status insights and recommendations. Formal project management training/education. Other Skills/Preferred Requirements Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or similar).
