Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to develop compelling video content that supports Lowe’s internal communications strategy and helps bring key business priorities to life for employees. This role partners with business stakeholders and Communications leaders to translate complex messages into engaging video stories, owning content from concept and script development through production, editing, approval, and final delivery. By creating clear, relevant, and impactful content, this role helps employees stay informed, connected, and aligned to Lowe’s broader business and strategic goals. What You Will Do Consults and collaborates with business partners and Communications leaders to understand business needs, recommend effective video content approaches, and support strategic objectives through internal communications Develops video content from concept through final delivery, including concept development, scriptwriting, producing, filming, editing, and preparing content for internal channels Writes and edits scripts, messaging, and supporting content on behalf of business partners, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned with Lowe’s communications standards Translates complex business priorities and messages into compelling video stories and other communications that resonate with employees Coordinates cross-functional teams to plan and execute video productions and communications projects, including managing timelines, logistics, stakeholders, and deliverables Manages the content review and approval process, working closely with executive leaders and business partners to incorporate feedback, maintain compliance, and ensure the final product achieves the intended communication objective Develops relevant video assets, materials, resources, and tools to support the communication needs of business partners Assists with the development and execution of Communications processes, procedures, production standards, and style guidelines Performs additional responsibilities necessary to successfully complete assigned video and communications projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Media Production, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HTML Preferred Skills/Education 3 years of experience in communications, video production, content development, or a related field Experience producing video content from concept through final delivery, preferably for internal or employee communications Experience writing and editing scripts and messaging for a variety of audiences, including executive communications Experience working in a corporate communications environment within a large, complex organization, preferably in retail About Lowe’s Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
