Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.   Job Description We are seeking a strong AI Digital Consultant  with a strong focus on systems implementation, data, analytics, and information management to support major capital programs and portfolios across all sectors. Assessing client AI maturity, readiness, opportunities, and risks.  Supporting clients in establishing data strategies, governance frameworks, and information architectures required to enable AI adoption.  Identifying, documenting, and improving enterprise data sources for AI, analytics, and automation use cases.  Designing and implementing data models, knowledge repositories, and data structures that support AI applications and intelligent agents.  Developing and configuring AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions using Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, and other AI ecosystems.  Working with client stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI use cases and business processes suitable for augmentation or automation. Working with client stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritize high-value AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk and readiness.  Defining AI operating models, governance processes, security controls, and responsible AI practices.  Supporting the integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, data platforms, and workflow automation tools.  Developing proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production-ready AI solutions.   Advising on AI adoption, change management, training and user enablement, helping clients embed new solutions into business processes and ways of working.  Delivering workshops, demonstrations, and executive briefings on AI capabilities and implementation approaches.  Monitoring AI solution performance, adoption, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.  Skills and Experience  Relevant professional experience within a management consultancy, engineering consultancy, technology consultancy, or in-house digital transformation role.  Experience supporting digital transformation, data strategy, AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise technology initiatives.  Understanding of how structured and unstructured data can be prepared, governed, and used to support AI solutions.  Experience with AI platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, AWS AI services, or similar tools.  Experience developing, configuring, or deploying AI assistants, agents, copilots, or workflow automation solutions.  Experience integrating enterprise systems, data platforms, and APIs.  Understanding data governance, information management, data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management.  Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.  Understanding common technology stacks, enterprise architecture principles, application architectures, and information architectures.  Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.  Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.  Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI, data, and technology solutions.  Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.  Comfort constructively challenging the status quo and taking innovative ideas from concept through implementation.  Experience coordinating projects and workstreams, including planning meetings, managing actions, tracking delivery, and communicating with stakeholders.  Basic understanding of the construction process and common asset types across Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Natural Resources.  Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.  High proficiency with modern workplace environments and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.   Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across business, technology, and operational functions.  Oversee the delivery of AI pilots and enterprise-scale implementations across multiple client engagements. Lead defined AI workstreams, pilots and implementations, coordinating business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful client outcomes.  Qualifications Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Technology, or another STEM discipline, or equivalent professional experience - required.  Professional qualification or certification in AI, cloud technologies, data management, architecture, or project delivery - desirable.  Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Google Cloud AI, data management, or enterprise architecture certifications - desirable.  Additional Information The salary range for this full-time role is  $120K-$165K  per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
