When developing such machines, manufacturers must constantly adapt to ever-changing conditions, such as the significant reduction in permissible emissions in accordance with TIER 4 Final emission standards. We are one winning team empowered to serve our Customers and deliver. Job Description Join the Mobile Hydraulics (DCNA/SLM5-US) team at Bosch Rexroth! As a Product Management Co-op , you will work at the intersection of technical engineering, product lifecycle strategy, and commercial sales . Your primary mission will be to review, streamline, and optimize our regional sales processes while developing and upgrading high-impact technical sales packages for next-generation mobile hydraulic and electrification solutions. This hands-on role will give you direct exposure to our product portfolios (including axial piston pumps and mobile electrification), our market strategies, and our key OEM customer engagements . Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Sales Package Creation & Improvement Collateral Development: Build, update, and improve regional technical sales packages, customer-facing presentations, and product value-proposition documentation. Technical Translation: Bridge the gap between engineering and sales by translating complex technical specifications (e.g., axial piston pump performance curves) into clear, commercial value-selling tools. Electrification Positioning: Support the market introduction packages for our growing off-highway mobile electrification portfolio . 2. Sales Process Review & Optimization Workflow Analysis: Review current regional sales workflows, customer conversion processes, and communication loops to identify bottlenecks and areas for efficiency gains. Tools & Templates: Standardize regional sales templates, special price agreement documentation, and material pricing request forms. Collaboration Support: Help coordinate information flow between channel sales teams, global product management, and plant operations . 3. Portfolio & Market Intelligence Portfolio Simplification: Support ongoing product line rationalization, helping clean up active part numbers and mapping out customer transition paths. Data Analytics: Analyze regional sales forecasting data and market trends to provide structured insights for business planning sessions . Qualifications Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in  Engineering or Business related degree. Analytical Mindset: Strong data evaluation skills (highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus). Communication: Ability to effectively communicate in a enterprise level, internally and externally.
