The Power Tools division of Robert Bosch Tool Corp develops and commercializes a wide range of portable electric power tools and benchtop tools for commercial construction professionals and any users that aspire to pro-grade results. As the #1 power tools organization globally, the division is the birthplace of staples of the industry like the Bulldog™ SDS-plus® rotary hammer or the Freak™ 2-in-1 bit/socket impact driver. Associates in the division are expected to be accountable, agile and relentless as they work to constantly augment or refresh its cordless tool portfolio, based on its best-in-class CORE18V™ battery platform. Job Description This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Marietta, GA. (3 days in office per week) Solid skills at understanding customer opportunities and needs in alignment with Bosch's unique value proposition and objectives Manage and implement corporate strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing patterns Develop sales strategies and long-term plans to drive sales and create preference for Bosch products through balanced promotional programs Manage account events; grand openings; contractor nights, resets, product knowledge, road shows, store walks etc. with field sales and marketing associates to ensure timely and effective program outcomes Responsible for the planning and effective execution of rollouts in National Accounts in conjunction with the National Sales Manager, Retail. Manage E-commerce and online brand initiatives Qualifications Experience working at The Home Depot in merchandising or experience calling on The Home Depot merchants required 5 to 7 years of experience in The Home Depot merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles  Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment University Degree or College Diploma preferred (or equivalent 5-7 years of related work experience) Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferred Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset Ability to travel up to 30% Additional Information BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives FIRST Robotics (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) AWIM (A World In Motion) Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $160,000.
