Help enter, review, update, and validate data within the system. Assist with identifying and correcting data issues. Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and improvement projects. Help create and update procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Assist with reports and data analysis as needed. Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs. Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and escalate concerns when needed. Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements. Support special projects and other duties as assigned. Internship Dates: June 2, 2027-August 6, 2027 Qualifications Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science . Strong interest in ERP systems, technology, and business processes. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Previous experience with an ERP system, such as SAP, is a plus but not required. Additional Information The US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students.
