Join our dedicated team as a FT Bell/Valet Attendant and provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience to our valued guests.  If you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies Qualifications What will you bring to this role? Foster an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and respected  Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Must be able to stand on feet throughout the shift, with intermittent periods of walking; Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs at shoulder height; Must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.  Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis; While primarily an indoor job, must be able to walk outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat); Must be able to climb stairs occasionally, both indoors and outside in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat).
