Early morning shifts starting at 6am.  What you will be doing: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Provide the best in-room dining experience while interacting with guests Assist as server in other venues when needed Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way over the phone Shifts include early mornings, weekends, and holidays. May have to work evening shifts periodically. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, contents, and preparation methods Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages Adhere to payment and cash handling procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous experience as server in luxury setting an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Full professional working proficiency in spoken English required, both verbal and non-verbal Computer literacy required for all new and ongoing training programs conducted virtually Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Proven ability to resolve guest concerns Highly responsible & reliable Previous point of sale system experience an asset Of legal age to serve alcohol Food handler & TABC certifications required Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, and without supervision Ability to multi task and work cohesively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to: Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas Constant standing and walking Exert physical effort in carrying items (up to 40 pounds) Frequent lifting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps Additional Information What’s in it for You?
