The sky is your limit Pay Rate: $16.90 USD per hour Job Description As a Pool Server, you are responsible for delivering exceptional poolside food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment. Through your product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence, you will contribute to guest satisfaction, outlet success, and the overall guest experience. This position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced outdoor setting. What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to: Provide exceptional, friendly, and attentive poolside food and beverage service. Take accurate food and beverage orders and process transactions through the POS system. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, cocktails, and daily specials. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside service areas and workstations. Collaborate with Pool Attendants, Hosts, Bussers, Runners, and leadership to ensure seamless service. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns to ensure a positive experience. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Support overall outlet operations and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous serving experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, pool, beach club, or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Strong food, wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge preferred. Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Active Food Handler Certification required. Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification preferred or required based on local regulations. Skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment. Strong communication, guest engagement, and teamwork skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in guest-facing situations. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
