Job Description As the Owner Benefits Supervisor you are not only the go-to person for all new owners learning about their benefits but a leader in the department to ensure deadlines are met successfully. You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties leading the communication between the Owners, Owner Services Office, and Accor Owner Benefits Department. You communicate well with all Owners, guests, and colleagues, anticipate and resolve issues, and lead your team with various projects. What you will be doing: Coordinate Owner and Guest reservations and benefits in alignment with project documents. Manage Owner communication including the Newsletter, Facebook group and Owner website. Ensure all upcoming deadlines are communicated to the Owner Services team and all documentation is prepared. Oversee Exchange Programs including reporting. Support ALL (Accor Live Limitless) enrollment. Complete reporting and required audits. Work closely with the Owner Services Manager through the training process for new colleagues, track and monitor progress; always looking for ways to enhance training. Participate in the Manager on Duty Program and other Leadership trainings. Serve as a principle source of information for the team, the owners and the guests while serving as a liaison with all lodge departments. Manage and maintain all pre‑arrival itinerary processes. Build and nurture strong Owner relationships to support brand and property loyalty. Maintain pre-arrival itinerary processing. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Previous luxury residential or hotel reservation experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests. Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion. Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture, and set the scene for high performance. Competency using a variety of computer software, Microsoft Office required, Property Management Systems an asset. Demonstrated capability to work effectively both independently and with minimal supervision.
