Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in the administration of daily HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership, ensuring that HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. The HR Coordinator assists with employee lifecycle administration, HR documentation, internal communications, and HR programs that support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This full-time position has an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour.  Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure candidate records remain accurate and current Maintain organized recruitment files and candidate documentation Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires including employment documentation Ensure all new hire documentation is completed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements Assist with completion and verification of employment eligibility documentation (I-9) Maintain employee personnel files ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality Process employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations Update employee records in HR systems as changes occur Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters Maintain HR databases and employee records Assist with benefits administration including disability leave, enrollment support and employee communications Manager worker’s compensation claims and ensure accuracy of records for compliance Maintain HR documentation including policies, forms, and internal procedures Assist HR leadership with addressing employee questions and general workplace concerns Support employee engagement initiatives and internal HR programs Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters Assist with documentation related to employee relations matters when required Promote a positive and respectful workplace environment aligned with Faena values Maintain employment compliance documentation and required records Ensure employee acknowledgement of policies and required documentation Assist with HR audits and documentation reviews Assist with coordinating employee training programs and required compliance training Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources. HR Administration, or related fields. Hospitality industry experience preferred Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with HRIS Systems preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment SKILLS Strong organizational skills Attention to detail Professional communication Confidentiality and discretion Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
