Warehouse Runner Sila | Stoneham, MA | Full-Time Are you dependable, organized, and someone who likes staying busy? Sila is looking for a Warehouse Runner to join our team in Stoneham, MA. In this role, you’ll help keep our field teams moving by making sure the right equipment, materials, and parts get where they need to go. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, supporting one another, and providing great service to our customers and field professionals. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Company-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Learning and Professional Development Opportunities What You’ll Do Pick up, receive, verify, load, and deliver HVAC and plumbing equipment, materials, parts, and supplies Make sure technicians and field teams have the equipment and materials they need for their jobs Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately for each job Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, technicians, and customers Follow all company safety policies and procedures Complete all assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately Stay flexible and adaptable as schedules, assignments, and business needs change Support the warehouse and field teams with additional duties and responsibilities as needed Represent Sila professionally and respectfully in all interactions What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record At least 2 years of driving experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, warehouse, delivery, or related experience is a plus HVAC school or technical training is a plus Basic knowledge of HVAC systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of workplace safety Reliable, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and regularly stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and travel to various locations Why Join Sila?
