**this is an in-office position** Field HR Coordinator My Plumber Plus | Manassas, VA My Plumber Plus is looking for a Field HR Coordinator to support employees and leaders across our Manassas-area operations. This is a hands-on HR role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving problems, supporting employees, and keeping important HR processes organized and moving. You’ll serve as the local HR presence for field and office teams while partnering closely with Sila Corporate HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Safety, and Talent Acquisition. If you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling sensitive employee matters, coordinating multiple HR processes, and building strong relationships with both technicians and office teams, this could be a great next step. What You’ll Do Employee Relations & HR Support Support day-to-day employee relations matters for local field and office teams. Coordinate employee offboarding and termination processing. Conduct exit interviews and identify recurring themes or trends. Provide onsite support for employee investigations in partnership with Corporate HR. Serve as a trusted local resource for employees and managers. HR Administration & Performance Maintain accurate employee records in ADP. Coordinate and track 30/60/90-day performance reviews. Ensure required HR documentation is completed and organized. Support local HR reporting and administrative projects. Benefits, ADA & Employee Support Serve as a local point of contact for benefits questions and communications. Partner with Corporate Benefits, HR, and Legal on employee requests and accommodations. Help employees navigate available resources and next steps. Safety & Compliance Coordinate the local Safety Committee and monthly safety meetings. Prepare safety meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation. Maintain OSHA logs and required reporting. Support workplace injury investigations and incident documentation. Follow up on workers’ compensation matters in coordination with Corporate HR and Safety. Hiring & Onboarding Support Coordinate new hire start dates and scheduling with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition. Assign and track required training in Schoox and SPARC. Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees. Support uniform and PPE issuance for field employees. HR Programs & Communications Help improve local HR processes and SOPs. Draft and distribute employee communications. Coordinate employee recognition programs, including birthdays, anniversaries, awards, and local HR communications. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of HR coordinator, HR generalist, or similar experience. Experience supporting field, service, trades, or multi-site employees is a plus. Working knowledge of ADP or another HRIS platform. Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and workers’ compensation processes. Experience supporting ADA accommodations preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with both office employees and field technicians. Strong organization and follow-through. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus, but not required. Work Environment Based in the greater Manassas, VA market. Regular local travel between branch and brand locations. In-person presence required for safety meetings, investigations, onboarding, and other employee-facing activities.
