Hermeus is a venture-backed defense aviation company reclaiming the lost art of rapid iterative prototyping to build the fastest aircraft in the world today. We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage. About The Role: The Quality & Reliability Team at Hermeus are truly embedded, supporting the full vehicle lifecycle of the aircraft we design, build, and fly. We have a vast array of experiences ranging from quality management systems (QMS), special processes, metrology, supplier development, inspection, and beyond. We are a lean team working together with manufacturing in building vehicles that will fly. We provide crucial design feedback to our engineering team and can rapidly iterate with design and assembly.
