About the role

The Account Manager – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned strategic accounts to drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s product suite and the ability to align solutions with client objectives. The Account Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams to identify opportunities for account expansion, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless client experience.
