Who We Want Arrive Logistics is looking for a Head of Professional Development to own how we build great managers. This person will study what our highest-performing Sales Managers do differently, turn those insights into a scalable development program, and coach every manager to apply them day to day. You thrive on the floor, know how our business works, and actively partner with multiple departments to diagnose leadership gaps and mentor emerging talent into high-performing managers. Success is measured in two outcomes: stronger sales performance and better talent retention.
