We’re data-driven and never stop iterating. If you’d like to work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment, are interested in building something meaningful and having fun while doing it, we’d love to hear from you. We're united by shared goals and shared motivations at Justworks. These are best summed up in our company values, which are reflected in our product and in our team. Our Values If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in. Who You Are Are you the person who can make a go-to-market technology stack behave like a single engine rather than a pile of disconnected tools? Do you move fluently between Salesforce and the marketing platforms that sit on top of it — keeping them integrated, configured, and running as one reliable system? If you are a certified Salesforce Administrator who also lives in marketing automation, obsesses over data integrity, and takes pride in building solutions that teams actually trust, then this is the role for you. We are looking for a Senior GTM Technology Administrator to be the technical backbone of how Marketing and Revenue operate across our multi-product platform. Your Role As a Senior GTM Technology Administrator on the RevTech team, you will own the administration and integration of the technology that powers our marketing and go-to-market motions — with Salesforce at the core and platforms like Customer.io, routing, enrichment, and campaign tooling built around it. You are the primary owner of non-Apex solutions that connect marketing execution to the CRM, from problem definition through implementation. You will be the technical owner behind Marketing's operating model — standing up, integrating, and maintaining the systems that execute what the Marketing Operations team designs, rather than owning the campaign or funnel strategy yourself. Partnering with RevTech leadership, the Salesforce Product Manager, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you will keep the stack connected, keep data flowing cleanly, and keep the tools configured to do their job. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role for someone who wants deep ownership of a connected GTM technology stack. What You Will Work On Marketing & GTM Technology Stack Ownership: Own the administration, configuration, and integration of the marketing technology stack — including Customer.io and adjacent marketing automation, enrichment, and routing platforms — ensuring tools are connected, optimized, and feeding clean data to and from Salesforce. Salesforce Declarative Development & Ownership: Serve as the go-to owner for all non-Apex solutions supporting GTM and marketing data flows. Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, and campaign structures that automate lead and lifecycle processes end to end. Lead Routing & Scoring Administration: Configure and maintain the systems that execute lead intake, enrichment, scoring, routing, and suppression. Implement the rules Marketing defines as accurate, monitored logic in Salesforce and the routing tools, and keep them reliable as needs change. Marketing Automation Administration: Administer Customer.io and related platforms — managing configuration, integrations, deliverability, consent, and the data sync with Salesforce. Maintain the tracking plumbing (tagging, UTMs, conversion events, CRM campaign records) so campaign responses route to the correct follow-up and measurement holds up. Data Integrity & Governance: Protect data quality across the marketing and Salesforce ecosystem through regular audits, deduplication, and field and taxonomy governance. Establish protocols for segmentation, tagging, and cleansing, and monitor routing accuracy and data flow so the systems stay reliable as the business evolves. Third-Party Application Management: Own point-and-click administration for Revenue- and Marketing-owned applications (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, cadence, and customer-engagement tools), ensuring they are integrated, maintained, and optimized against business processes. Intake, Partnership & Documentation: Partner with RevTech leadership and the Salesforce Product Manager on the intake process for new requests. Own problem definition and requirements for marketing and GTM capabilities that don't require custom code, and maintain clear technical documentation and end-user training materials. AI & Automation: Use AI and automation to accelerate configuration, testing, QA, and exception detection — reducing manual work and catching system issues before they affect downstream teams. How You Will Do Your Work As a Senior GTM Technology Administrator, how you achieve results is critical to your success. Your technical expertise and collaborative instincts will be anchored in the following competencies: Technical Problem-Solving: Use deep Salesforce and marketing-automation knowledge to diagnose complex, cross-system issues and build creative, sustainable solutions that improve operational efficiency. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Work effectively with Marketing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and your RevTech counterparts, translating their strategies into technical requirements and building agreement around shared decisions. Clear Communication: Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with an emphasis on strong documentation and training that empowers end users. Adaptability & Resilience: Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-product environment, managing concurrent projects and requests while adapting to new tools and changes in the go-to-market landscape. In addition, all Justworkers focus on aligning their behaviors to our core values known as COGIS. It stands for: Camaraderie: Day to day you can be seen working together toward a higher purpose. You like to have fun. You're an active listener, treat people respectfully, and have a strong desire to know and help others. Openness: Your default is to be open. You're willing to share information, understand other perspectives, and consider new possibilities. You're curious, ask open questions, and are receptive to feedback. Grit: You demonstrate grit by having the courage to commit and persevere. You're committed, earnest, and dive in to get the job done well with a positive attitude. Integrity: Simply put, do what you say and say what you'll do. You're honest and forthright, have a strong moral compass, and strive to match your words with your actions while leading by example. Simplicity: Be like Einstein: “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.” Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on administration experience spanning Salesforce and marketing technology, in a fast-paced B2B environment. Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Platform Administrator I) and Platform Administrator II. Salesforce Certified Business Analyst strongly preferred. A marketing-automation administrator credential (Customer.io, or comparable such as Marketo or HubSpot) strongly preferred. Additional Salesforce certifications a plus (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant). Hands-on experience administering a marketing automation / customer-engagement platform — Customer.io strongly preferred; comparable platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable) considered — including configuration, integrations, deliverability, and suppression. Deep expertise in declarative development, especially Salesforce Flow, validation rules, custom objects, and campaign management. Strong working knowledge of lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and suppression as implemented in CRM and routing tooling. Direct experience administering lead routing platforms (e.g., LeanData, Chili Piper) and data enrichment tools a strong plus. Experience supporting a multi-product business with both self-service / product-led and sales-assisted motions. Comfort working with firmographic, behavioral, product-usage, and engagement data, and a demonstrated ability to diagnose data and integration issues across systems. Working understanding of data privacy, consent, and deliverability regulations relevant to marketing technology (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on clear technical documentation and end-user training. An organized, detail-oriented individual deeply invested in the data integrity of internal systems, with a passion for building elegant, user-friendly solutions people love to use. Practical experience using AI and automation to improve GTM operations. Experience with SQL and relational databases a plus.
