Role Description (and additional job description) As a Customer Acquisition Manager II, Multi-Channel Sales, you are the single strategic owner responsible for independently developing, driving, and optimizing the market-level strategy for all residential sales channels in your local market. You will manage the full lifecycle of diverse teams, providing advice and expertise to strengthen overall business success. Your primary focus is leading complex projects, identifying systemic operational and sales improvements, and influencing local and regional leadership based on complex market analysis. You will operate with minimal guidance and ensure all execution aligns with gFiber’s mission and strategy. In this role, you'll: Independently manage and lead all assigned sales teams, providing clear articulation of the company mission and values. Invest in the development of team members and provide advice, expertise, and recommendations to strengthen the overall business success of the entire multi-channel operation. Analyze and leverage deep insights from team performance metrics to actively identify and drive systemic improvements in deal conversion and monthly activity goal attainment across all channels. Independently develop and drive data-driven strategic plans that contribute to complex regional objectives. Proactively oversee and influence MDU property penetration rates and trends, implementing modifications to go-to-market strategies independently. Drive operational excellence by taking independent ownership of the No Property Left Behind (NPLB) process. Identify process gaps and initiate changes with cross-functional partners to ensure flawless property management execution and business efficiency. Serve as the primary local strategic partner for the national retail manager and vendor. Manage the relationship to influence vendor performance, negotiate local initiatives, and oversee the strategic operations of local retail locations and kiosks/locations. Identify and communicate complex areas of improvement for the business, proactively leading efforts to identify, diagnose, and resolve systemic field escalation issues. Initiate and drive changes with the Tech Ops team and other partners to improve service delivery and exceed SLA targets. Interpret and synthesize complex local market intelligence and sales data to create reports and recommendations that influence the strategic decisions of the local Head of Sales and Regional Leadership, creating transparency by sharing updates without obscuring bad news. Drive strategy by independently engaging with chambers of commerce and community organizations, securing high-impact partnerships, sponsorships, and community events that deepen community ties and directly contribute to local and regional objectives. At a minimum we'd like you to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical sales, business or marketing experience. 4 years of experience in a sales role, including management or operations experience in at least two of the following sales disciplines: D2D, SMB, or MDU/Retail sales. 2 years of experience onboarding, training, and coaching sales representatives. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for data organization, analysis, and generating insights to inform sales performance, operational improvements, and make informed business decisions. Experience using concise and organized written and verbal communication to persuade and update internal and external stakeholders regularly. Ability to work non-standard working hours as needed including nights and weekends. It's preferred if you have: Experience managing daily operations, projects, and tasks to completion with minimal guidance. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to direct reports, through effective verbal and written communication. Experience building and motivating sales teams and/or managing sales vendor teams in the telecom industry. Experience managing a variety of extended workforce teams to achieve business goals. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $110,600 - $134,300 + bonus + benefits.
