About the Team In Store Rewards is an exciting new vector for DoorDash. We’re driving DoorDash customers into our partners’ physical stores, boosting sales and building long-term loyalty across every channel.We’re crafting a seamless, exciting dining experience; from discovery to dessert. Right now, In Store Rewards lives in the DoorDash app, featuring top restaurant recommendations and exclusive in-store discounts.We’re a scrappy, fast-moving team building a startup within a big company. About the Role As the Associate, Strategy & Operations, you act as the merchant's day-to-day partner for making sure they're successful through In Store Rewards. You will report to the Manager, In-Store Strategy and Operations. Core responsibilities will include building and maintaining merchant-facing and internal reporting on performance and health, guiding new merchants through onboarding so they ramp quickly and scoping and running tests that drive incremental volume, turning results into insights the team can act on. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across DoorDash to keep merchants engaged and growing on the platform. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Build : help launch an exciting new product at DoorDash Strategize : Set the strategy for customer experience on In Store Rewards Experiment : Scope tests and experiments on everything from activation to optimization Implement : Execute new marketing and comms plans to help our customer base grow Analyze : Build models to evaluate success and set new goals Influence : Work with our Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams to scale our In Store experience We’re excited about you because… Experience operating as a merchant-facing Account Manager or Strategy & Ops generalist comfortable owning reporting, onboarding, and experimentation workstreams end-to-end. You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions); SQL knowledge a bonus Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
