Ensure launch plans reflect product readiness, seller needs, field requirements, and business priorities. Maintain the documentation, trackers, and communication flows needed before, during, and after launch. Support feedback loops that capture what is working, what needs to improve, and what should inform future planning. Build scalable operating mechanisms Develop and maintain templates, trackers, playbooks, intake processes, meeting cadences, status updates, and decision logs. Support planning and prioritization forums that help Product and GTM teams review customer needs, commercial blockers, competitive dynamics, and roadmap opportunities. Turn operational data, field feedback, and qualitative inputs into clear summaries that help stakeholders identify patterns and make decisions. Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce friction, and improve how teams execute over time. What We’re Looking For 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, go-to-market, product operations, sales operations, consulting, or a related field. Experience supporting cross-functional programs involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or other GTM teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and follow-ups. Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex work into clear plans, owners, and next steps. Strong communication skills, including clear status updates, meeting notes, decision logs, leadership summaries, and partner-facing resources. Comfort working with operational data, customer or field feedback, and qualitative inputs to identify patterns and align stakeholders. Ability to build trust and drive alignment across teams without direct authority. Strong follow-through and attention to detail. Commercial awareness and curiosity about how product launches, customer feedback, competitive insights, and roadmap decisions impact seller outcomes and business performance.
