About the Team: AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. At our core, we’re here to support AlphaSense’s growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that’s widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and About the Role: As the Expert Call Services (ECS) Product Marketing Manager, you will own and drive go-to-market positioning and strategy for the Expert Call Services arm of our business. ECS is the content engine behind AlphaSense’s industry-leading library of proprietary Expert Insights and is a critical part of what makes our decision-grade AI decision-grade. You’ll craft messaging that differentiates ECS from other expert network providers and drive campaigns that build awareness of ECS and support call volume and velocity goals. You’ll partner with our expansion and adoption teams to build cross-sell initiatives that move platform-only customers into call taking customers, and work closely with our enablement team so customer-facing teams have the resources and information they need to message and sell ECS effectively. You’ll also partner with the ECS business team and product team to understand new opportunities and programs and launch these as the offering evolves. The ideal candidate brings curiosity, an execution-oriented mindset, and working knowledge of growth tactics and product-led growth. They should be comfortable collaborating with and informing cross-functional partners. A background in financial services is a plus, but we value experience across diverse B2B content landscapes and are open to candidates from various industry backgrounds. We’re looking for a passionate product marketer who enjoys translating product and market insights into messaging and campaigns that resonate with customers. Who You Are: Experience : 3-5 years in product marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. Ownership & Independence: Comfortable owning messaging, campaigns, and launches. Cross-Functional Leadership : Builds strong relationships across marketing, enablement, product, revenue and business teams to drive GTM execution. Strategic Mindset : Able to independently identify differentiators and translate market and customer insights into clear positioning and messaging. Customer-Centric: Experience using customer insights to shape messaging and campaigns, and GTM recommendations. Product Launch Experience : Experience owning or heavily driving product launches from planning through measurement. Growth Tactics & PLG Expertise: Working knowledge and experience of growth tactics and product-led growth strategies. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging. Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize data into insights and recommendations that improve GTM performance. Industry Background : Background in financial services or expert networks is a plus, with a general acumen for financial content and industry research. What You’ll Do: Positioning and Messaging: Own the development of compelling messaging that differentiates ECS from other expert network providers, building positioning documents and frameworks that resonate with the target buyer. Voice of the Customer : Gather and synthesize customer feedback, surfacing insights that influence product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Market and Competitive Analysis : Track industry trends and the competitive landscape, flagging shifts that may require an updated approach or help inform product roadmap and positioning and messaging updates. Go-to-Market Execution : Own and drive campaigns that build ECS awareness and support call volume and velocity goals, along with cross-sell & expansion, partnering with marketing and revenue teams to bring them to life end-to-end. Product Collaboration : Partner closely with product managers to stay informed on roadmap developments and support strategic initiatives within ECS business. Business Partnership: Work alongside the ECS business team to understand and evaluate new GTM opportunities as the offering evolves. Performance Tracking : Monitor and interpret key business metrics related to revenue, pipeline, and product adoption, and use those insights to recommend improvements to existing strategies. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
