As a Staff Technical Recruiter, you will own Engineering and Product hiring. You'll be the strategic recruiting partner for senior engineering and product leadership, operating in a market where Nubank's brand is still being built — which means your ability to tell our story, source creatively, and close exceptional candidates is what moves the needle. YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Owning full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Product roles - Building deep passive candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing intelligence — going beyond LinkedIn to find talent where it actually lives: GitHub, ArXiv, technical communities, and industry networks - Acting as a strategic talent advisor to engineering and product leadership: shaping role profiles, defining hiring bars and translating business goals into actionable hiring strategy - Using data to manage pipeline health proactively — building dashboards, tracking funnel conversion, and communicating clearly with senior stakeholders - Designing scalable hiring processes that protect candidate experience - Contributing to Nubank's employer brand in a market where we're still earning recognition among top engineering talent WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS - A proven track record of full-cycle technical recruiting, with demonstrated depth closing passive candidates at Staff and Principal engineer levels - Hands-on sourcing expertise for hard-to-fill roles — with specific tactics and channels - Experience recruiting for AI/ML, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles, with enough technical fluency to calibrate candidates independently - A data-driven approach to pipeline management: someone who builds their own reporting, uses metrics to influence strategy, and knows when to escalate and when to pivot - The ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments — building structure, managing multiple competing priorities, and maintaining quality - Experience partnering with senior engineering leadership as a true talent advisor - Fluency in English is required LOCATION Miami, United States (Other US locations can be considered; Brazil can be considered) Work Model - Hybrid 1week/cycle: Our hybrid work model brings us to the office for one week every cycle, which may vary between one and three months.
